Not really loving any of the games involving ACC teams this week. I'll be playing BYU to keep it close in BC. Leaning toward Duke.. yes Duke. They might have the best qb in the Triangle in Lewis (sad statement). Even though VT is down this year, still can't pull the trigger. Not sure which team will show up in Storrs this week. The Wake team that ran all over Syracuse or the one that managed 57 rushing yds vs. Duke. Rookie qb in a hostile env. points toward the Huskies. But.. they ALWAYS seem to play close games either way. Wouldn't bet NCSU with your money. Amato's teams have responded non conf. on the road, but this team is questioning themselves which isn't good. So...
am only playing BYU+7.
Also like ECU -3 (should have bet it early). The front seven that plays better in that game will win. Everything else is about equal. Alison is getting triple teamed if that's possible in FB, but Pinkney is adjusting to find other targets.
Mizzu -14 vs. UNM. Seriously the lobos gave up 500 pass yds to NMSU?? Ha. That game could get ugly.
ASU -11 vs. CU. Watched the CSU/CU game twice (yes I have a problem). Surprisingly the coaching was very poor on the buffs side which surprised the heck out of me. This team has a decent defense but looks lost with the ball. They'll need to score in the upper 20's to cover and from what I saw.. no way.
