Week 2 saw me haunted by the ghost of Russell Wilson and a crowd-displeasing 2nd half meltdown in Steeltown. That I can take, but my totals were evidence of cognitive malpractice. Five of my 6 teaser losses were killed by totals. Not being able to hit an over on a 10-point teaser is enough for me to wait for a better sample size before scoffing at defenses. For the most part. Long season. I can do better. I will try harder.

As Pinnacle has a Ruthian phobia against crossing key numbers (3), attempting to shaft me with a mere 4 points when I am paying for a 6-point teaser, I added a secondary imaginary friend in betMGM. Pinnacle is a more affordable -110 on a T2/6, for example, while betMGM is charging -130, but I like crossing key numbers at least as much as I like crossing my government. Sounded better in my head. Anyways, I notice that both books are +160 when adding a 3rd leg to said 2-teamers, one up from -110 and one from -130. Shop around, I guess.

--Bills should move the ball with ease against the Dolphins and if they can muster some headspace action for the opposing sideline--via takeaway or other demoralization--then this could be trippy. Scary -13 just has me spreading out some teasers with a 4-pack of seemingly solid selections.

--Don't have to sell anyone on Packers. WR Reed out and he was top receiver last season, but at less than 900 yards it's clear that Packers have enough weapons to compensate. I was expecting -9.5 and can still get -7.5 at better than even, but I'm in plenty as is for Packers first road trip against a desperate team.

--Fuck the Eagles. Go Eagles. Rams will be fine, but can't win 'em all. Lots of respect being shown to Rams with this line and only -3 appears <insert famous last words here>

--Jets D appears to need serious work and Justin Fields (noggin) gives way to 36 year old Tyrod Taylor. He probably will not be treated well by the turf in Tampa. Bucs offense hasn't excelled yet but opened season with 2 tough defenses on the road. Even if Jets D shows a glimmer of hope, I don't expect the Jets to be putting up a large number here.

--Maybe Broncos would have a chance in Denver, but I don't think they have it all together right now, despite Sean Payton singing the praises of Super Bowl contention. Chargers look like a well-oiled machine, so far, and should take care of business here.

--Seahawks are another I was expecting a higher line for, and still available at -7.5 +money. Spencer Rattler is 0-9 so far in his career; ouch. Sam Darnold could be shit in this game and Seahawks should still win by 10. Spreading this one far and wide as well.

Pretty square week, here, and I don't even know who looks to be the best dog on the board; Texans and Cowboys don't really count. Raiders? Maybe if Daniels knee is trouble. Geno Smith was horrible last week at home to Chargers, so I will not eat my money there. Anything but Giants; Russell Wilson already has wins vs Mahomes with both Seahawks and Broncos (and Broncos 1-13 vs PM). Patrick needs a birthday W.

Good luck.
Unless fading.

p.s. George Herman wore number 3, and Rosebud was his sled.

Charles Foster Kane's, that is. Not sure if Babe dug snow. Snows in Baltimore, no?
Just wanted to clarify. Not sure if that helped.
