ND +105 5x - by the end of this season Brady Quinn will be one of the best 5 QB's in college football. He's damn good right now. Their OL is talented and the receivers are finally stepping up. Walker and Grant are good enough to keep people honest. ND will be a cash cow this year as the public tries to shake the impression that this is a lousy football team. Simply not the case, ND always has talent.

Oh yeah, Purdue hasn't won in South Bend since Gerald Ford was in office :scared

This game scares me like that kid from sixth sense "I see dead people". Purdue looked like they had the Ill game under total control, with hardly any effort. ND looked great against Wash, Quinn looked sharp! IMO Washington is a team to bet against almost every week. The concern is because the Irish haven't really played a QB that has the ability of Orton. The only game they played with a decent QB was BYU and that was a different Irish team(much better now). Being that the game is at ND I'm think has the line down. Most likely this will be a game day play for me. leaning Purdue.....good luck though!

Irish, like the new look. Cwood, you've been on all year with this ND team and Michigan, how could I doubt you now? Love how the line is moving up, I'll wait a little more to see how many points I can grab. I always have a tough time capping the irish since they are my favorite team and I know I am biased. I hope you are right so I can win money and my team winning outright would be bonus.

Thanks Pirate fan, and GL to you also. I like this ND play quite a bit. We'll see how she pans out.

As far as a Michigan angle this week, I don't like either side. UM road fav woes make them a difficult road play, and I can't find a good reason to put money on this Indiana team. If for some reason the total gets bet up to 51 or 52 I would probably play the under. IU's run defense is lousy, so UM should keep the clock running. Can't see IU doing much offensively either.

Off to Cabo until Monday for some Billfishing and boozing so this will likely be the last post of the week for me. Couple small plays before I go:

A&M -5 3x - Franchione has got em playing after Utah debacle (tough situation for a young team, btw). Talented squad is starting to believe in the system, and that will spell good things going forward.

Oregon -2' 2x - Unranked favored vs ranked. Revenge game. Autzen at night. I'll take my chances with the Ducks.
