Where it is real F ing COLD
Well North fans are tortured with one game and it's the Minnesota Vikings Vs the Washington R-Words

This game temporarily opened as the Vikes -2.5 and then fell to pick em and now off the board. RG 3 may play in this one and I hope he does. I think if RG 3 plays the Vikings will definitely win.

Ok onto the games, I have to be honest the Vikings are a boring football team, their pass protection is down right lousy, they have playmakers on offense but the QB has no time and when he does he is shell shocked and hearing imaginary footsteps. The running game has been decent but the offensive line either gives up a sack or commits a stupid penalty to force third and long. The Vikings defense has been very good but they have been playing some weak offensive teams and getting tremendous pressure on the QB. Vikes have found an apparent gem who many national media think is on track for defensive rookie of year Anthony Barr. The defense should keep the Vikes in the game. The R - Words come it sky high after upsetting the Cowboys on the road Monday night. I can't say I know much about them, they haven't run too well which is a Viking defensive weakness but they can pass it but I do not think they have a receiver who scares Rhodes or the Captain. I think the difference is going to be the blitz packages they throw at Teddy. Are they going to pick them up or will Norv have a good game plan cause I think the offensive line will struggle with the blitz packages. SO if I had to pick right now I am leaning Washington but I have to do some more checking and see how I feel closer to game time. This maybe a SECOND HALF Play once I see what the hell is going on. Hard to believe the Vikes are one stopping a 4th and 20 away from being .500. That's the way it goes and good teams find away to do it and the Vikes just are not a good team. i will defend them that their losses were at NO, GB, and Buff with Home losses vs Pats and Lions. That's a tough schedule I don't care who you are. Another thing the Vikes have for them is that the defense is going to get better. They are started a lot of new guys this year and it is paying off. Jarred who? Told ya this for 3 years now. Negatives is a banged up crappy O line with 2 rookies at key poisitions, QB and RB. They are learning but their inexperience may cost them the game.
Like I said if RG 3 is named the starter than I easily side with the Vikes. He won't be prepared, I think the Vikes will confuse him and the Vikes have too much defensive speed to let that asset affect them.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like RG 3 is playing and that means I really like the Vikings in this one. I am expecting Washington to turn it over. Vikings have been battle tested by what 3 of the top 5 QBs in football? Brady, Rodgers, and Brees. RG 3 needs to be mobile to be successful and I think the Vikes defense will have him running for his life and they have speed edge pass rushers with quick linebackers. Since Washington does not have a great running game they should be in a bit of trouble.

Washington will have to have a solid running game and pass protection to score unless the defense forces turn overs which could happen, but I have the Vikings pulling this one out. I think the Redskins have a better chance with McCoy

Just an FYI for you, when using the phrase "battle tested" it typically means that you either won, or were real close to winning. That you are reliable and effective.
