I've been checking out player props much more than previous years. Not sure about this angle, but I'll throw it out there, fishing for any feedback.
Players that are just short of reaching key numbers might be a thing (e.g. 1,000 yard seasons), but I'm wondering about the value in focusing on players that might be in need of a new contract following the season, by free agency, rookie contract's finishing, or any example where the player is in need of a new contract for 2026.
I don't know if this a good angle for the NFL or not. I would think that any player in such position would have likely put whatever they can on tape during this past season already. Even worse, any player in such a position might be wary of injury with so much potential cash on the line.
Interested in what other think or know from experience. Maybe I'd need to consider each example on a cash-by-case basis, without putting too much stock into such an angle.
Also, let me know if these sources are best for such fading contracts.

And, damn the Eagles. Football team, that is.
