LSU (5.5) over WVU
Get this early cause it is gonna get to eight or higher. LSU built to stop the run with speed and power. WVU again out played Maryland but this LSU team will be way too strong for WVU. Geno smith will not have time to throw and I can see him turning to a lot of quick throws. LSU can cover those throws which eliminates the quick pass and limits WVU offense. I'm not sold on the WVU run game and I don't think they can move the ball. LSU beat WVU by 6 last year and I have been much more impressed with the Lee led tiger offense. His ability to take what the defensive gives and eliminates mistakes make LSU very dangerous this season. They are big on the offensive line and they have runners. Lee needs not to make plays but manage and boy can he do it. LSU went into a very tough place last week and beat up on a very tough team in miss St. The bulldogs run a similar offense to WVU and I am very impressed by the speed and power of the LSU defensive line. They are the far better team. WVU has not been scared to play a team yet and they will be this weekend. Geno will not be comfortable all day and the defense shuts WVU down while lee and the offensive line open it up for running sustained drives which leads to points. I might be missing something but LSU is the much better team. Bigger, stronger and faster and WVU may have the home field but that means they can get local hospital treatment after the game. LSU should beat up WVU and I see WVU not being able to keep offense on the field. LSU did play a tough game last week so I hope they come in focused. If they do they are the better team.

GT (-6) over UNC
I really like this match up. UNC on the road against an option team that has really found the grove. UNC has a solid QB but he is young. He has a good arm and makes good throws but he is not too movule in the pocket. Gt can run without the thought of a big loading containment. UNC has some good players on defense but UVA was able to run on them and I do not think UNC is a unit. They are a few great players on their own. Couples did not look overly impressive at DE against UVA. Gt should be able to take advantage there because a good defense has issues against this triple option so I see UNC struggles. I would think UNC was a better team last year and they lost to gt in chapel hill. Granted GT has their own issues and they beat up on some less attractive teams but they have tuned up the option before getting into this game. Plus they have the home field where GT plays well. Now I mentioned the young QB but they also have a young runningback. UNC should be a very good team down the line but looking I don't see them ready yet. Looking for far too many break away plays from GT and UNC struggle to keep up.

Oregon (-14) over Arizona
Another day with Arizona getting a top team. This is week three where Arizona is called to the fire and boys I believe they are out O'Df gas and not ready to show up again. Last year the ducks won the game by 19 and even though I think the ducks will not hammer Arizona I still think the inability for Arizona to consistently move the ball hurts them again. I mean honestly guys Arizona has played okie St then Stanford now Oregon and next week USC. Arizona gets help with good wide receivers but not enough to stay in this game. Oregon is not the greatest road team but over the past two games they have started to open holes for James and the offensive line is playing better. The defense with Harris is a better unit but still playing better. So can Oregon get to Foles since that is the way to get Arizona in trouble. I think the ducks are geared for this type of game on defense. Yes they struggle against LSU because they are too small. Against arizona being small won't hurt them as much. They also use the spread option which should take advantage of a poor Arizona Defensive line group. Arizona has a little talent at LB but IMO they have a poor secondary and limited rush defense. You have the young fast rush defense against five new starters for Arizona on offensive line. Plus they have been in wars the last two weeks and been beat down. Not only does that hurt the physically but this team emotionally should have no confidence. Oregon coming in rising high while Arizona living low. This means if Oregon gets off fast which they can do the cats might not be able to fight back. Looking over this game zona has a nice home field advantage but I don't think this will be enough. Oregon too much as the game goes on while the in ability of Arizona to have long drives. Question for arizonas kicker means less long attempts for points. Should be a chance for the ducks to start rebuilding after the LSU loss.
