treading very lightly today. maybe just one play (i was going to play uconn/mich, but am probably staying off it now for reasons below.
fresno (-2.5) 2 units. no kelly for cincinnati. the bearcats struggled with physical teams, and if there's one characteristic of fresno st under pat hill, it's their physicality (is that a real word yet?).
really liked uconn for a while. they're been great ATS on the road and as dogs. figured i even had an edge when i remembered edsall has coached against rodriguez, when that jackass was at WVU. only problem is, WVU blew uconn out every meeting. going backwards from 2007:

so i can't say he exactly figured out how to stop rodriguez' spread offense.
think i gotta stay off this one.
