Been wagering on foots for 25 years. Been saying for about 20 of that that the worst part of betting any sport, especially foots is the fact that the refs control everything spread and total wise. Always have. They have cost me more money than any sort of bad capping on my part over the years. Phantom holding calls on TD's from the one that push back a team and give them a FG as opposed to the 7 points are a ref favorite. In a sport where MANY spreads are a TD or less those fkin calls can destroy a betting card and so often do. Absolutely pathetic and the only reason I ever considered not wagering on sports.
