Weekend in New Orleans

Mrs. Goose's 40th is coming up...so we are headed to New Orleans for a weekend to celebrate the big day. I was there for a drunken few days in college and remember very little toast: ).....she has never been, but has always wanted to.

Any suggestions of 'must sees' or 'must dos' would be greatly appreciated. Prob staying somehwere in the French Quarter...Crown Plaza maybe?

Also--any cool voodoo tours:scared , or something similar? She's watched Lifetime and Travel Channel once or twice......:facepalm:
