England, u.k.
Well it appears to be an extremly busy weekend.
I have spent the last two days updating my databases, chasing around other sources sharing various news and views. There are a number of sports that could appear in other forums but for my ease ( I hope Jack and other members understand ) I am listing all plays on this thread.

After two rugby plays tonight, the balance stands at a small profit of + 6.51 points. It's a start and we are moving in the right direction. Well lets get down to business and try and add to the profit.

International football

HT/FT betting England/England @ 11/8 2.5points L
Draw/England @ 7/2 1 point L

Scotland to beat Iceland @ 3/1 1 point W
Belarus to beat Austria @ 6/4 1 point L
Bulgaria to beat Coatia @ 11/10 1.5 points W
Ukraine to beat Greece @ 10/11 1.5 points W
Russia to beat Georgia @ 1/1 1 point L
Germany to beat Bosnia-Hz @ 8/15 2 points VOID

This is Englands first competitive international since the world cup. They visit Slovakia and must start with a victory. This is the Slovaks biggest game since independence 10 years ago, so they will really up for this game. England have not lost a qualifying game away from home since September 1998 (Sweden). England with the likes of Beckham, Scoles, Gerrard and Owen should have too much quality for Slovakia.

Nationwide Division football

Div 1
Burnley to beat Walsall @ 5/6 1 point W
Ipswich to beat Sheff Wed @ 8/13 1.5 points W

Div 2
QPR to beat Blackpool @ 8/11 1.5 points W
Chesterfield to beat Tranmere @ 1/1 1 point W
Peterborough to beat Mansfield @ 8/11 1.5 points L

Div 3
Kidderminster to beat Macclesfield @ 4/5 1 point L
Wrexham to beat Orient @ 8/13 1.5 points L
Northampton to beat Brentford @ 23/20 1 point L
Hull City to beat Rochdale @ 6/4 1 point W
Bournemouth to draw against Hartlepool @ 9/4 1 point

Heinekin Rugby

Gloucester ( -5 ) to beat Munster 10/11 1 point W

Japanesse Grand Prix F1

There is much interest in F1 at present concerning Toyota, Honda and Bridgestone. There's traditionally at extra push on the development front for the home grand prix, so BAR can expect to benefit being the Honda works team and also running Bridgestones. With this in mind I make the following solid wagers.

Villeneuve to beat Irvine @ 1/1 1.5 points
Panis to beat De La Rosa @ 5/6 1.5 points
Panis to finish in the points @ 5/1 1 point

Total points staked = 28.5

Good luck to all of you.

Updated with results

This thread will be updated after the results are known.

The Germany game was void because the game had been played earlier than first posting of this thread.

Saturday morning update

Saturday morning update

Heineken cup

I put the wrong handicap line up for Gloucester V. Munster. The handicap is -4 and not -5 as posted.

Additional bet

Japanesse Grand Prix.
Upon further discussion and my brief notes in the above post I cannot believe Ladbrokes quote 7/2 ( 100/30 with Bet365 ) for Villeneuve to finish in the points. 1 point bet LOST
