weird, "hacked" link

I clicked on a link to look at some trail camera pictures, and this came up. This was the link http://bowhunting.net/PhotoBlog/?action=slideshow&id=1162834466 What exactly does this mean? Seems like this is the only "hacked" link, and the url stays the same in the address line. :shrug: Is this harmful to the site owner?
