they have Seattle -6.5 for the first half
and Seattle -9 for the game

The 6.5 in the first half seems kind of high for a 9-point spread.

are they expecting Seattle to take control early, and the a possible backdoor cover by Houston?

Maybe they are just following Seattle's recent home trend of great first hals and miserable 2nd half performances.

Good consistant offense.

Stout defense with strong pash rush. 15 sacks this year ranks them high in NFL.
