Well, as it says, farewell time from Anders.
Last week my work told me in no uncertain terms there was to be no use of the work PC for sport betting - be it wagering, studying, e-mailing etc...
So that's me fugged.
Absolutely nil access to either wager or analyse at work makes it impossible _ in NZ time that's when all the games are on. I've tried to work out some systems where I could find a way around that to make things possible but I just hit continuous brick walls.
Working on it at night at home helps a little but limited time, computer access and the time difference between here and the US just makes it hopeless.

Damn I'm going to miss this place.
Got to know so many of you really well - many of u are like family to me now.
Hope some of u will still keep in touch - should at least be able to chat :) - u can get my e-mail from Jack.
And once in a while I'll drop into the general discussion forum at home to see what the real world still looks like ;)

Ciao
Your Kiwi mate
Anders

Wow that is sad. :(

I do the very samething at work studying for plays and checking out picks on MJ's. Hopefully my employers will never find out. ;)

Good luck to Anders and hope to see you back on MJ's in the near future. :)

You want to come and live where there is real winter? Be a sports writer in a mid western town here in USA.
By the way is it noon there when its midnight here. We could call you sleepy instead of Anders. You will find away.

my work tells me the same thing but there are ways around it..

install AOL on your systems..

When running AOL your web surfing goes through AOL servers not your works.. AOL can see what your looking at. but your work cant see shit..

ive been doing this for two years it works..

Anders your a clever man. I'm sure you will find away around the problems.

Concentrate on a couple of sports that offer you 500+ wagers a year. Spend a couple of hours a night at home and use the time during your lunch period at work. Catch up at weekends, say spending 4 hours aday. That gives you about 20 hours a week to cap 10 games per week.

You already have a feel for the business, you know your strengths and weekness's so use them.

I'm sorry to see you going.

During that time your on your computer, pop in here at MJ's. The advice you gave me last week was invaluable, and if it hadn't been for you I also would have been gone from here.

I have your e-mail from previous correspondence. I hope it's the right one to use and not your works. Heck mate, don't want to see you in any more strife.

If I hear or feel that there is something good, I will contact you with the play. I am deeply sorry to hear that you are going. I am sure there are plenty of web sites that would pay you to work with editorials for them. I've noticed your name on a few of them, I'm sure there aren't that many Anders on the web using that handle.

Contact me anytime, for a chat. I will even telephone you mate for a chat.

Speak to you soon, you are one solid capper with great insight. Bye, The Bulldog

There has to be a way round it - I like the sound of gibber's idea!
Anyway - I thought you are a sports Journalist - surely you have to use the Net to research your articles  .

You could study that way + just post your fancies later!

Anyway, all the best + I trust a solution can be found:)

you could always pack it in + go pro :D

hoss

PS I'll miss your Debbie Harry picture as much:D :D

the land of confusion
Anders

What can I say? You opened my eyes to this big world of international sports betting and led me to this great place called Mad Jacks. Your insite and wit will be missed by all.
Keep searching for that elusive bet and hopefully you'll find a way back here in the future.
Surely you can keep in touch after hours?
"Off the wall" will certainly miss your "Down Under" take.

Take care my Kiwi mate. Your a class act.

See ya down the road, man. Best wishes. Let me know if you need anything.

Out of curiosity, you mentioned that your son was named Niall. Not exactly a common name, at least in this part of the world. Any chance you named him after Niall Quinn from Ireland?

Later, dude.
