Its a stupid rule....the result is unconditionally, already determined. Over can't possibly lose and under can't possibly win. One day a degenerate with his life savings on the line will make a bomb threat or cause a power outage just to get his money back.

Some books don't live by the ancient illogical ideals and pay out correctly. I.E. bet365, betfair are two that I know of

I agree, this rule is dumb. However, the rule that a football game can't be called before 5 minutes left makes sense. Had Michigan earlier this year which was a push and should have been a win IMHO. Had Wisky years ago @ UNLV when the mysterious lights out with 6 minutes happened... that was some strange crap and likely caused by the casinos in Vegas from what I heard.
