had a nice start to the season going 4-1 on posted plays. my 1 loss was pom-pom petey running up the score on a very weak arkansas team. for messing with my under play, he left starter josh pinkard too long (4Q) and kid blew out his ACL covering a punt! :nono:

anyways... i'm going to austin, tx. on the 16th, any ut fans wanna catch a cold one on 6th street?boise st. -8 medium play
don't let the number fool you, this one will be like 2004. a double-digit win for boise st. mike riley has got to be the most over-rated coach in football plus ucla reject matt moore throws more picks than the newbies around here. :mj07:

going with a few nuggets for saturday...
unlv +14 big play. will look for a shootout...
fresno st. +150 moneyline they live for this...
ucla/rice U56 small play, can't see owls scoring more than 14 here...
cal/minny O 53.5 bears will score plenty after big loss.

i was just over at the rice football forum and they are reporting that starting QB has a broken hand and is a game-time decision. practice was closed this week so no one is real sure but thought i'd pass along...
makes me think that Under might be a bigger play as ucla coach karl dorrel tends to not run up scores.
