What am I missing?

The total I can get on the Mets Vs. D-Rays is 10 -107 on the over.

I had this number at 12!!!!!

Trachsel has a road ERA over 8.00 and Rupe has a home ERA over 10.00; plus this is in Tampa so the DH is in effect. The Mets used quite of bit of their bullpen last night in that win against Philly. Plus the D-Rays bullpen ERA is over 5.00 for the season.

Am I missing something on why this total is only 10? The over has got to be a value play I would think.

traschel overall era 8.24, 8.16 last three. rupe 8.5 overall, 11.45 last three - sure seems low, doesn't it hc?

Maybe it's because Trachsel has a 2.57 ERA vs. TB, and if the infield didn't betray Rupe every time out, he just might have a decient game. All that said, the total does seem a bit low.

I saw the pitching match-up last night and said I was going to play the over regardless of what it was.Both pitchers get hammered on a daily basis.

i know the # seem's high here but i like the under. it works w/my new total's system to go under in the game actually right now it works as a best bet for my system gl!

I like the Over 10 in this game. Neither pitcher has shown any ability to get anyone out recently.

I also may play the D'Rays, due to my daughter's pick - when I asked her which team she liked, she said without any hesitation, the D-Rays, for no apparent reason.

This may be a great ball game, like 8-7, bu who cares ? Go with the value....

You bring up a good point MOV, the D-Backs defense is horrible. Hey when I have the over I will take an unearned run or two. I still feel really confident in the over play. Win or lose I feel it is the correct side to have when all factors are looked at. With that Devil Rays bullpen I will feel really good if I even need three runs entering the 8th the way they blow things.

You stole my thunder. I agree 150%. This line is ridiclous at 10 or 10.5. A friend said to me this morning that he was going to come off the wagon and put a dime on the over. What do the books know?

Great job Happy, you had the number right on the schnoz. Thru 6 inning I thought we were getting set-up by the man but you nailed part 2 of the game with a chitty TB bullpen.
