The La Dodgers have announced that they have traded for Milton Bradley. That's just great.

:(

Bradley has caused turmoil in Cleveland and now my Dodgers decide to acquire him??? This is the same cancer who posted a picture of Lo Duca on his locker with the intent to seek retaliation for an incident that happened last year!!

It's going to be a long season for those of us who bleed Dodger Blue.

Oh well, still can't wait to go to Opening Day tomorrow.

go figure. im of the belief that the dodgers made a GREAT move acquiring milton bradley.

how you can you not be excited about getting a guy who is capable of contending for the batting title and will provide some protection for shawn green?

the guy is a phenomenal athlete and a damn good player. just a little tough to motivate at times and does stupid shit, but not an off-the-field knucklehead.

i think youll change your tune by midseason ;)

I like the pick-up personally. This is a team going nowhere anyway. They will always find a way to have pitching. They need bats, and bradley can flat out hit. They play in a great stadium for their strengths. Clubhouse has been a mess the last 3 years anyway. Half the team doesn't even speak fluent English. Not much of chemistry. LoDuca is the soul of the team. Tracey is on the way out. As much as I like him, he's going. He doesnt fit into depodestas plans anyway. Chavez Ravine is gonna be gone in the next 5 - 10 years anyway. Whole new look for the franchise. New owner is a real estate developer. Wants the great basin for condos. FACT. He is shopping around by Staples Center area for somewhere to put a new stadium. Sad years ahead for the Dodgers. Be lucky to finish .500, but with Gagne I guess anythings possible. Hope I'm wrong but I doubt it.

Gman and BleedDodgerBlue; I hope you're both right. However, Milton was supposed to be THE batting champion, but was injury plagued last season. As for his personality, he has proven himself to be difficult and combative.

I hope he is able to have a positive effect on the team, but I doubt it. I wonder if he will leave the Lo Duca picture back in Cleveland??
