THis post and all the "lose wieght" "get fit" books in the world can be summed up in 4 words. EAT LESS, EXERCISE MORE.

actually, it's not really about eating less but eating the right kinds of foods. Nutritionists recommend you eat 4-5 times per day in small amounts and no later than four hours before going to bed.

cardio for about 25 minutes 4 days per week should do the trick.
