You lead a sheltered life don't you? Sharknado is a true story about a tornado and sharks. A tornado hit somewhere off the California coast and pulled sharks into the funnel cloud and threw them on land where they ate people. That's SHARKNADO..............get with it Chicky.

My wife has become a Sharknado fan, she loves these kind of movies. I watched about 10 min. of it , it is soooooo bad it's funny.
That's the whole point, obviously. There is a market for this. Just watch the commercials and see WHO they are marketing too.

i think they`re shooting for a Cannes opening(the sequel is allegedly being filmed in black and white with french subtitles)......
