What's your States legal limit to drink & drive

Maine is .08, I remember back in the early 80's the limit was .16. On the back of your drivers license was a height/weight chart af how many beers/wine you could drink in an hour and still drive. Mine was 5, 12oz beers per hour :SIB I might have 2 beers at diner these days & drive.

I think here in Peru I would have to kill someone to get charged for OWI. I see taxi drivers drinking all the time. You can bribe your way out of about anything here.

They changed it to .o8 when lawyers, rehab schools, etc. weren't making enough money at .10:shrug:
