What's your take on L'ville/Pitino?

I highly doubt this lady, Katina Powell, has anything to hide. Did Pitino know what was happening? He claims he didn't, but I highly doubt that. We're talking about a guy who was caught getting a job under the table by another lady and then out of the clear blue is being extorted? Really? You cheated on your wife and tried to save face, Ricky!! LOL

Pitino is not squeaky clean and his program is not squeaky clean.

This lady is a smart woman. She's kept a log as a business woman and also had pictures taken by her "girls" and so on and so forth.

I think Pitino is trying to keep clean but the program is in severe scrutiny and the HC, should be held accountable for what had happened.

McGee is at UMKC currently and on leave and he's not squeaky clean and KC, MO is a hotbed for escorts as is a lot of other places, Durham/Chapel Hill/Raleigh, New York, Lexington KY, Gainesville FL, I'm sure stuff happens at many campuses behind close doors, etc., we all are not naive. Heck it happened at the small college I played at and at the U of Neb-Lincoln.

It just so happens this lady has a book out and I'm sure she's selling lots of books and she sure ain't poor for getting commission off her ladies that work under/for her, etc.


But personally, I think Pitino should get the axe for this! And move on!

Do I think he knew about it ? Yes
Do I think it happens at every other school? yes
Do I think it makes it right? no
Do I think the young lady is in this and always has been for the money? yes
Does she care about 'helping' future recruits by bringing this to light? no
Does the fan base really care as long as championships are won? no
Do I think other schools are nervous as this is way deeper than Louisville? yes

I think that Slick Rick was getting suspicious when a couple of his guys kept missing the Tuesday night Eagle Scouts meeting, a weekly staple for all of the athletes at UL.
