I thought the rule was that it was only under 'extreme circumstances' that they would filibuster. Now, the first chance they get, they are going to filibuster. I'd be interested to know what these extreme circumstances are, regarding Alito. Just makes them look petty and foolish because this attempt will not work and they know it.

Of course horse face is leading the charge, calling for one yesterday from the ski slopes of Switzerland.
