Which dog is the best bet SU?

My good friend who always wins more then I do when we go to Vegas, are making 2 bets per week with each other. The only rule is that it is an even money bet, and we each have to pick a dog.

It's only $50 a bet, but I really want to take his money! There will probably be alot of pushes.

They have to win straight up (no points), It's a good idea to carry over the pushes!

Bengals who haven't won -vs- expansion team who have won two, and seem to be improving... Bengals look a bit better but Dillon might have some trouble with the Texans run defence. I'm not sure if it's the best dog on the table.
