Most books I have seen offer anywhere from 10-15% reload bonus. A lot of people here seem to like Pinnacle because of the reduced juice. I currently use Bodog.com. Haven't had any problems what so ever, payouts are quick too. The reason I haven't left Bodog for Pinnacle is because I love Bodog's site setup, very easy to navigate.
