Garcia struggled with the Sox last year comparative to previous years with the Mariners, but the Company line is that it was due to the fact that he was overworked in the first half and that caused his velocity to drop. I'm not sure if I buy that, but I do know that he's 19-4 during the day since '03 and he's pitched well against Cleveland.
Nobody on the Sox has faced Millwood except for the NL transfers and I'm suspecting the Sox lack of success against pitchers they've never faced before will transfer into this year.
