I don't have the time for a full write up, but Ritchie has been shelled in his last few starts and has been accused by teammate Valentin of losing focus after the defense gets an error. Too much chalk for a pitcher who is 0-3 in his last 3 with a 9.00 ERA and a WHIP over 2.

I don't normally like playing over a high total like 10.5 but I see a high scoring game here. May probably won't last more than 5 IP tops, and you get to that awful KC middle relief. Ritchie has been really struggling lately. I'm inclined to agree w/Valentin; Ritchie had been breezing along in his last start then Valentin made an error and Cleveland scored 8 unearned runs in one inning. The White Sox pen has been pretty bad themselves. The move of Valentin replacing Clayton at SS definitely hurts defensively. McClelland is behind the plate and he's 8-3 over this season.

Plus, Ritchie's the new guy and the team loves Valentin. It's just too much pressure on both the defense and the pircher if someone makes an error. I also think the bats will be in full gear, my concern is that if one teams' bats take the night off (not out of the question with these two) , 11 will be a tough number to get to. GL
