Who do you want in the Dunk Contest?

Another "rising stars" dunk contest, which leaves me wondering why the NBA has watered this thing down. I don't understand why players would pass this up, it's major name recognition. With guys like Lebron and DWade in the skills challenge, don't see why they'd turn down the main event.

Ideal Dunk Contest for this weekend:

1. Vince Carter
2. Lebron James
3. Tracy McGrady
4. Jason Richrdson

Honorable mentions to the defending Champ Josh Smith, Fred Jones, and Kobe

I also dont understand why the prolific dunkers pass this up? They pull off a sweet dunk in this event and its on a highlight film for the next 2 years, who wouldn't want that?...It just doesnt make sense.
