b/c its never happend before,,,and there is people out there that think its never happend before b/c their dumb...same thing they think about black qbs...when 95 % of the players are black and only 5% of coaches are black their obviosly is owners and mangmeny that think a black coach cant take them all the way,,so its a big deal for blacks to have lovie malke it...and it will be a big deal for young black qbs if some black qbs can win some superbowls

no kidding. just by bringing it up, your bring attention to the issue. And it makes the black race seem as insecure. sheesh i dont care what color he is nor do I notice - ISNT that a good thing ?

never said a black qb never won,,,some meaning more than 1..most are scramblers,theyre scramblers b/c of their great athletic abilty,but obviouly it doesnt win you championships...moon (cfl),williams..the succsesful ones with rings were drop back

Why don't they make a big deal also when the starting tailback or cornerback in the Super Bowl is white? Oh wait, there isn't any!

Is that discrimination? No, I don't think so. You put the best on the field and the coaching box, as you are there to win. Color doesn't matter... wait, I take that back. The only color that matters is GREEN - winning!

If the QB was purple, and the coach was Orange - it wouldn't matter if they won.

Teams will put the best players and coaches out there regardless of color. To quote percentages is unfair to organizations.

So, since there are very few starting CB's that are white - does that make teams racist? No. They are putting the best team (in their mind) out there. It is possible they FEEL the same way with the coaches they hire.

it shouldnt matter..but it does...white cornerback is big deal,dont you remeber sehorn.they talked about him being white and playing corner all the time...the guy sucked but still made it to a probowl,b/c he was white and playing corner for newyork.
