Disclaimer...I don't believe in transitive handicapping...however..
In the past couple of weeks both UWGB and Cleve St played at Valpo
UWGB was a two pt dog
Cleve St was a two pt fave
Uwgb won by six, while Cleve St lost by 7.
You could probably make the case that power ratings favor Clev St on a neutral floor by around 2 (given those lines and the results that followed)
Add in 3 or so for homecourt and I can see where the 5 1/2 line comes from.
Not saying I agree with the line
Any team that beat my Badgers has to be given some respect.
I like UWGB also.
