any playoff team in the nl can beat the mets with that bullpen. any playoff team in the nl can beat the brewers with that bullpen.

the dodgers will have the worst record of all nl playoff teams and al for that matter but that doesn't tell their season. they are obviously different and better since blake, and ramirez came over, and kent and jones found pine.

the cubs are the class of the nl who are going to be a tough out for any team. they are as deep as it comes with a solid bullpen.

the phillies are so hit or miss. they can bang with the best of them, but their arms are up and down.

the dodgers played the phillies and swept them here and got swept there this year. probably a toss up.

if it came down to dodgers/cubs at some point the key to the series as ridiculous as it sounds is Hideki Kuroda. He's pitched like 18 innings of 1 run ball against them this year including a shutout. If he's hot and remains a mystery to them they have a shot.

In the end it doesn't really matter as no one in baseball is beating the angels. :nono: (i.o. smiley)

well i'd love to see a freeway series on the west coast ....not saying the dodger would win but as a dodger fan im still hoping they win the pennant!
