Don't know how many people on the forum follow the draft, but I do....

And even if you don't follow it closely but have an opinion or a wish of who you would like your team to draft in the 1st round, please feel free to list it....

Long time Giants fan & feel pretty strongly that the G-men will draft one of these 3....

Leonard Floyd, OLB from Georgia

Eli Apple, CB from Ohio St.

Jack Conklin, OT from Michigan St.

Floyd & Conklin would be great additions to the Giants.

Vikes? Doctson over Treadwell, easily, Docton faster, better breakaway speed and leaper, over 40 vertical.

I'm an Eagles homer and would love for them to take Elliott from Ohio St. or a high profile defensive player, DB from Ohio St., Apple I like or one of OSU's LBs, I really like Lee, he's a late first or early 2nd rounder. Moving up in draft, they must be eyeing, Ramsey from Fla St or hoping someone else falls.

Ramsey will be gone at 8....

The popular choice for Phil. is Elliott followed by Stanley....

Three draft prospects who make sense for the Chicago Bears.

On Day 1, Weidl targets Louisville defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins, who had 58 tackles, 13 tackles for loss and six sacks for the Cardinals last year. Some scouts view Rankins as versatile enough to play in a 3-4 or 4-3.

The choice for the Bears on Day 2 is Stanford guard Josh Garnett, who won the Outland Trophy as the nation?s top interior lineman. Garnett measured at 6-foot-4, 312 pounds at the NFL combine. Coach John Fox hinted last week the team is searching for additional help on the offensive line.

Finally, Day 3 matches the Bears with Montana State tight end Beau Sandland on Day 3. A former Miami transfer, Sandland caught 37 passes for 632 yards and nine touchdowns last year, earning First-Team All-Big Sky honors.

The Bears currently have nine picks, including two choices each in the fourth and fifth rounds.

I like Rankins & am hoping that the Giants consider him at 10....

With 9 picks the Bears are a candidate to move up in the draft....

Rankins would be a key ingredient for da Bears. I wonder how many picks they have in rounds 2 & 3, key area to take a RB, Henry from Bama talked about not going in the 1st round? I think he's better than when Eddie George came out of Ohio St and this kid is bigger and faster!! He'd look great in a Bears uni! Also Treadwell from Miss but once injured, always a question mark as to when it may happen again.

UCLA linebacker/safety Myles Jack is widely considered one of the best players in this year?s draft, and he met with the Bears on Thursday, a league source confirmed.

It seems unlikely that Jack falls to the Bears at No. 11, but as with quarterbacks Marcus Mariota and Jameis Winston last year, general manager Ryan Pace and his staff are doing their due diligence. Pre-draft visits are part of the evaluation process.

At 6-1 and 245 pounds, Jack did a bit of everything at UCLA, which included playing time at running back. Jack is projected to be best at linebacker, though some teams might look at him at safety. His athleticism and versatility are major strengths.

Jack?s junior season was limited to three games because of a knee injury, but his draft status remains high. He didn?t perform any drills at the NFL scouting combine. Jack also won?t have an individual pro day for NFL teams to look at him. He will be in Indianapolis in mid-April for the combine?s medical recheck.

From NFL.com: ?Upper echelon explosiveness with the desire, speed and aggression to find his way into play after play. While UCLA asked Jack to do a little bit of everything, an NFL team is more likely to simplify his tasks and set him into attack mode to maximize his outstanding physical traits. If he bounces back from the knee injury, Jack could become a high-*end talent early on in his career.?

It appears that the Giants really like Hargreaves & Floyd in this order & would be happy with either one....

I have been reading mixed reviews on Stanley....

Questioning his desire on some plays, which is why I hope they would draft Conklin instead....

Conklin is not as polished as Stanley but he plays with an attitude, which is why they drafted Flowers....

Here is a blurb on Stanley....1st time that I'm seeing anything about his athleticism....

Ronnie Stanley of Notre Dame is considered by most as a top 10 lock, but not all teams agree, Tony Pauline of DraftInsider.net writes (for PhiladelphiaEagles.com). Some scouts are worried about the left tackle?s athleticism and others just see him as flat out overrated, and that?s causing his stock to drop. It?s possible then that Stanley will go from the top 10 to somewhere in the middle of the first round.

almost positive the ravens are going after buckner but I think it`s a ??? move...I see another arik armstead and I don`t think you spend a number 6 pick on potential.....we saw what happened last year with perriman....

ozzie`s slipped...we don`t draft pro bowlers much anymore....if tunsil doesn`t fall(and he won`t) I`m praying for jack, bosa or Elliott in that order(all potential impact players)...and I`d settle for Hargreaves(but we`ve seen quite a few early drafted young db`s struggle of late)..so I`m not convinced Hargreaves is a sure thing....

we don`t draft at 6 often so we have to make it stick with someone who can help in a big way....and soon...so I`m hoping for jack, bosa or Elliott.....not Stanley...not buckner(if you`re going to pay a 6,then get a 6)...trade back if it comes to that....

i think Elliot in a ravens uniform would be a perfect fit

flacco/Elliot paired up for years- if perriman can get healthy and your young tight ends continue to develop, flacco will finally have weapons

hate or love the ravens, you have to respect what he has done with the little weapons he has had

I know we`re rivals but I`m rooting for rg3....the guy seems like a fairly straight shooter....he mostly kept his mouth shut as he rode the pine for an entire season...

I think you`re right about the ravens,bud...unfortunately the ravens don`t value skill position players(which may or may not be smart)...looking around at our division, you see teams with running games (pitt and cincy) that are(for the most part)diverse and formidable.....they really help ben and Dalton...I`d love to see the ravens get player like Elliott who will give us some continuity and help flacco .....but theres a mindset here that bubbled over in the fan base last year and I think that maybe the perriman/max Williams picks were in part made to quell a revolt from fans(people were pissed with the team continually bringing in old castoffs from other teams to help flacco)......so they reached on perriman and it turned out the guy had chronic knee problems from his youth that really hampered his track career....it wasn`t publicized but it was on the net......they still haven`t stated definitively that he`s ready(even after 9 months off)....I believe his knees will be a chronic problem(other sources say that his "disease" can recur in adulthood, contrary to the article below)....

front office has struggled of late...they really need a big draft this year....
