Did they beat any NCAA team that was out of their conference?
Unless I am wrong they lost to UK on the road and to UNC in Louisville.
If indeed Louisville deserved a 1,2 or 3 seed then bet on all AAC teams in tournament
Either the conference was strong or weak this year. This time next week we will get the answer.

Hudson Valley area.....NY
Lowell....I'm saying the same thing..after watching the "show" everyone is ripping the Committee about Louie being 4th seeded....the guy from the Committee said they were a 4...comparing to the other teams at 3 or 4...I didn't do that but what the hell does Louie have on their resume....they played a terrible schedule...beat bad, poor, average, decent, not bad and a good team.... a great team
their 1st pre-seasons games were
Charleston..avg
Hofstra- bad
Cornell--the worst team in the Ivy
Fairfield- " " " " the MAAC
UMKC- bad
So Miss-good
LaLaf--good
WKU--avg-good
Mizz St avg
FIU-Bad

those were there 1st games...did play Kentucky and North Carolina in pre-season...and lost them both

I conf...they beat
Rutgers-bad 2 times
Temple- bad
Cen Fl -bad 2 times
USF- bad " "
Houston avg to good..
Smoo -good 2 times
Conn - good 2 times
Memphis -very good
Cinny -very good but split with them...

A lot of those AE teams had off years...but other then Kentucky,North Carolina and Cinncy those were the best teams on their schedule and they went 1-3....I know there is Memphis,Conn and Smoo that are also pretty good and they beat...I didn't compare Louie to the other 5 or 6 teams seeded before them..maybe they also have an easy schedule...was just looking at Louie....maybe the experts are right but I would of loved one of those guys on the panel at ESPN to say...damn..they beat FIU,Fairfield,Cornell,etc....and I do know that many of the other teams play cupcakes..Cuse is one and many more...
but glad someone else out there felt " why all the love"...and Lowell..watch Louie win it all...lol GL

Although I think Louisville is a definite threat to win it all, I agree with you that they are probably seeded about right. However, how does Villanova get a 2 seed?:mj07:

Memphis plays a frantic pace as does Manhatten for what it's worth

I live in Raleigh and have become NC State fan.
They will likely lose to Xavier having to play game in Dayton but if they win they should do well versus St. Louis.
If State plays Louisville for spot in Sweet 16 I will bet on State.
Louisville press will not bother State. Lewis and Barber can break the press and if you get the ball over mid court to Warren in transition, he will score.
He is such a throwback player. He is a scorer and finds a way to shoot midrange floaters and jumpers.
But then again State will probably lose to Xavier
