Why is 13-15 Delaware favored over 21-7 UNCW?

Delaware minus 1.5. I assuming injuries or something but I can’t find anything.

Edit: Delaware has lost 4 out of their last 5. UNCW has won 4 out of their last 5. I don’t see anything to suggest Delaware should be favored.

So of course the play is Delaware today.
