Not considered a tournament team after going 13-5 in the Big 10 and finishing 4th including undefeated at home? They lost one game at home to Kansas by 1 point and have 22 wins although they did play a weak non-conference. Just doesn't make sense they aren't one of the top 68...

13-5 means nothing. The big 10 is terrible this season. They beat up on all the terrible teams. Their only decent win is against Michigan. That is their only top 50 win.

Nebraska can ALMOST erase all doubts if it beats Michigan at Madison Square Garden next Friday. A sweep of the Wolverines should do it. A loss to Michigan and they'll be sweating. (This is assuming Michigan beats the winner of Iowa/Illinois)
The Big Ten was very, very weak this season.

Big ten was not weak... per se... They had definitive tops and bottoms.... The tops beat everyone, the middle guys beat up on each other, and the bottom sucked bad.... This is what is hurting Nebraska... THey beat up the middle folks and the bottom teams but never could really get any of the top wins.

Michigan win on neutral court would seal the deal to the point that Nebraska could be as high as a 6... You know it really is going to depend on how many bids get stolen by surprise tourney winners.... If you are an NU fan then you want Nevada, ULL, Cincy/Wichita State, and other tourney bound teams to win their conference tourneys.... The more stolen bids and the less likely we get any of these fringe/bubble teams in the tourney....

I don?t think just beating Michigan again will get them in. Their 2nd best win is against Maryland. They will have to beat Michigan St or Purdue to have any chance. They only have 4 top 100 wins. The other 2 are Penn St and Boston College. There are a lot of bubble teams with wins much more impressive than a win at home against Michigan. All the PAC12, Big 12,SEC, ACC, and Big East bubble teams have much better wins.
