looks like a nice day for dogs

i don't have anything to back me up except my opinion about this.

sunday is ALWAYS good for betting dogs just like sunday and monday night football are good dog shots too.

i think it's because the next day is still 'settle up' day with the books and people are scrambling to get even for the week. people REALLY tend to bet faves when in the hole trying to win back their money because the faves 'look' good. BUT, that ain't usually the case.

so, since people bet the faves more often in these situations, i think you get more, much more, value taking the dogs in these spots.

i could be wrong. that's just some stuff that is in my mind (which COULD be burned out too)

good luck!

Here is something to ponder:

Most of the games on Sunday are played in the early afternoon. Most of these games come on the heels of a late night game on Saturday.

Some managers tend to rest their everyday players on Sunday due to the quick turn around. This would be more likely to occure with good teams playing weaker ones. The weak teams cannot afford to take as much liberty in this situation, so they become a better value.

Just a thought....
