not watching but there had to be a reason because a manager doesnot take a pitcher out with a count inless the pitcher isnot right or he did something that really pissed off the manager because that is like showing him up and the field and that is rule #1 as a coach or manager,if you want to rip someones brown eye you do it when they get into the dugout not on the field same way with the hook you wait till count is clear so the was something going on.
