Putin probably didn't expect the West to rally together and unite against him. For being such a weak President, Biden has done well to unite our allies and cripple the Russian economy.
Actually, he has Rallied the WOKE crowd, private businesses have leveled SANCTIONS, hurting the INNOCENT Citizens of Russia.

In retaliation to the continued support of Ukraine and crippling economic sanctions, Russia issued sanctions against several members of the US. Joe Biden, Antony Blinken, Jen Psaki, Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden (lol) etc.
