Which one do you prefer? I have noticed that some "widescreens" are bigger on screen than others (probably has something to do w/ their fomat). The bigger widescreens are fine by me but I don't like the smaller "thinner" ones. I usually like fullscreen better, couse I have heard that the fullscreen versions do sometimes cut off parts of the scene that you would see in the widescreen version.

Either way you get SCREWED in this deal, I have a 16:9 widescreen TV which plays dvd's the way they were meant to be, that is, you watch them in widescreen and it fills the entire screen without losing any of the picture, but if you watch regular TV on it you have to enlarge the picture ratio to take up the whole screen or you get black bars on the left and right, big problem is you lose some of the picture. Biggest pricks alive came up with this idea.
