Will Bush threaten Carter's approval rating

Now that Bush has broken new ground by closing the gap on Carter's historic low approval rating to single digits, is it possible that he could best Jimmy? Bush sits at 36 to 37 percent and Carter's all-time low is 28% so he is in striking distance.

I would say he definitely has a shot. Wait till gas prices hit the ceiling this summer.
