This was sent to everybody that is confirmed for this year's superbowl party. i just wanted to touch base and let everybody know what's going on this year.
we had a difficult time arranging a place for the party. eric (fletcher) tried everywhere and he found that places were either not going to have anything or it was too expensive. so, i contacted one of our sponsors that i knew lived in vegas at one time to see if he could do anything for us. he found a beautiful place at Green Valley Ranch

The party opens at 1pm at the "whiskey bar" or "whiskey beach", whatever, and will be under the name of BETCOM or MYBOOKIE.
what was supposed to be a madjacksports ONLY party turned into something different. they wound up inviting other sites where they advertise and there's going to be 200+ people at this thing. it's going to be HUGE and GREAT, so i have been assured. upscale, plenty of food, all you can drink, members and owners of other sites, surprise guest speakers and the GIRLS OF BETCOM. LOL
i would suggest to the madjack members that we meet there EARLY, like 12 noon or even 1130am so that we will be assured of seating together. this is going to be a big deal and the best party for the superbowl in vegas (so i have been assured). please, make sure you get there early. we'll all meet outside (out front in the main cab area) and go in together about 15 minutes early.
my cell number is 301-697-8422 if you have any problems. i WILL be answering my phone that morning. if i'm on the line, leave a message and i'll return your call asap.
on saturday, i reserved a section of "blondie's sports bar and grill" in the alladin hotel desert passage from 4pm to 7pm for a small buffet and all you can drink cocktail party. if you want to attend, please let me know by monday at the very latest so i can make sure you're on the list and can get in. this is a private party for only the people on this email list. it's only madjack members that are on the confirmed party list in the thread in the general forum. there is no charge for this get together. it will be good to see everybody again and this will give us all a chance to make plans for the rest of the trip.
