Sadly, this is true. Microsoft still does have some great software like the Microsoft office suite. However, if you own an apple I think pages, numbers, and keynote which are the basics for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations are much better. I hate the new Windows 8 platform, it was ridiculously stupid for Microsoft to put out such a poor operating system. What they had in mind when putting out this operating system was mobile and tablet users and it is total crap. Maybe they'll do better next time? I don't count on it though.

2. Ask for Windows 8 tech support
3. Tell the rep Windows 8 is the biggest POS you have ever encountered in your life.
4. Tell them to bring back Bill Gates or else you will...Write another book.
5. Ask them nicely to downgrade you to windows 7. Well in your case Windows 98 may work.
