Between The Hedges
Ichiro Suzuki, RF, Seattle Mariners Wednesday 7/15, 1:54 PM CT

ESPN.com reports that while in St. Louis for the 80th All Star Game, Ichiro Suzuki visited the grave of former all-time single-season hits leader George Sisler to pay his respects.

Our View: This is just a classy move by the Japanese import. Ichiro, who broke Sisler's mark of 257 hits in 2004, paid his respects to one of the all-time greats by placing flowers on Sisler's grave. This doesn't quite have the hype of the Maris Family-McGwire exchange, but a genuine and heartwarming display none the less.
