Just wanted to get some opinions on this game.

I looked @ the line yesterday and took the Over @ 180. The line is now @ 181.5

The game if i am not mistaken on ABC.

Jordan's possible last visit to the Fleet Centre. I m sure after 4 losses in a row Jordan will be pumped up to get the W.
Hopefully Hughes makes a return today.

Both teams dont play a lot of defence. If Boston's 3 pointers fall this one shud go over easily. Both Delk and Battie returned in the last game against Sacremento but contributed only 2 points each. Looking for a better performance here.

Wizards record on 2 days rest is not great but looking @ the overall condition of this team the rest shud do them good.

After losing the close game against Sac. where Boston fought back they shud come out and play strong.

I am thinking its possible to reach 90 points for both teams.

You're right the game is on ABC today.

Both teams have playoff implications. Boston has lost both games against Washington this year. I think that everyone will be up for this game and look for a first half run on points.

I'm betting (2 units) that they will easily go over the 1H number of 90.5....more like 95-96.

If so, the over (180.5) will be no issue.

In January 1h total was 87 with total at 195

(side note....just because of how everything has a tendancy to even out.... Highs vs lows, wins vs loses.........I'm due for a few wins in a row..... )

how bad can Boston be ???

well with NINE mins gone in the second Quarter these jokers have hit 2 of 14 field goals .. 2 damn fieldgoals and scored 8 points in 9 mins ..

hopefully it improves

Spock; what are you thinking on the 2nd 1/2. need 87 points. they should get it specially with fouls at the end. very little fouls called so far.

94 points scored in the first half.

I think 97 is very possible with late fouls. Both teams are not shooting lights out .. Washington is @ 48% .. Stackhouse is looking to drive to the basket.

Boston is getting a lot of points on fast break. They have shot just 39% in the first half hitting only 4 field goals in the second.

Jordan and Stackhouse want this game bad. Boston wants this game to seal the playoff deal.

I see much more improved shooting in the second half and + fouls in the end we will bring the over 180 in.

Need 87 points more in the second half for that.

I read somewhere:

In the last 20 meetings on Boston these teams went under 180 only once!!
They average 199 pts in the last 20 meetings when playing at BOSTON.

those are some solid numbers. Sorry I did not post this before but hopefully it will be useful in the future
