Okay here goes

3*
Pittsburgh +7
Pittsburgh should be a good play after 2 BB divisional losses. They're gonna need to step up in order to be head for the promised land this year. Going into the bye, Pittsburgh is going to have to head in with a win, otherwise it's not going to be a very fun week off.
Pitt 13-4-1 ATS as dog in OCT
Pitt 7-1 off BB SU Losses in OCT
Denver is going to run run run, and that should play right into Pittsburgh's hand. They are still a very potent defense when it comes to stuffing the run.
Den 0-4 ATS last 4 meetings v. AFC North
There is also a very lucrative trend that states "After a team wins 3+ games in a row, and loses, go against them if their NEXT game is on the road." I know Denver is at home, but I think the trend will still hold water in this situation.

3*
NY Jets +2.5 <---although should move to 3 by gametime.
Every week around this time, you see the teams that haven't won a game yet, and "have to win some time." Enter the Flyboys. The Men in Green are coming off a bye, and host a Bills team that struggled against Nasty 'Natti. Still Jets have covered the last 6 of 7, and lst 4 of 5 at home. Safe to say Edwards' job really under some scrutiny if they don't come away with a win now. I think points will be at a premium this game, so might as well take 'em! Jets outright.

2*
NY Giants +3
As well as my Patriots played against Tenn, and Wash (I know they lost, bla bla bla), could see this is a real tough couple weeks, as they follow with a trip to S. Florida for the 'Phins. Gmen 9-1 ATS against AFC Beast. New England has faired poorly as a favorite as of late. On the contrary, Big Blue generally cashes the ticket as a dog. Fassell should have the boys ready for this one, as they'll want to keep their heads up in the very competitive NFC East.

2*
Oakland +3
Going into Monday Night, Oakland boasts a record of 9-2 against the number. They'll need to make it 10-2 as they'll face the Chefs in the spotlight in Wk. 7. The Brownies aren't that good, and their OL is absolute junk. Let's see the Raiders turn it around here...
Oak in October: 5-1 as dogs off SU loss. 15-3 ATS as dogs. 7-2 ATS v. opp off SU away win. 7-3 away v. opp who scored 24. pts last game. The under is 1-6 away.

2*Philly +1 over Dallas
After playing subpar opponents all year, the Pokies come home for a meeting w/the Eagles. They have only stayed in the number once out of the last 7 meetings in big D, and look for this trend to continue. Playing a soft schedule in the beginning of the year has forced Vegas to "catch up" with the Cowboys, but the only catching up this game they'll be doing is chasing the Eagles into the end zone. McNabb is showing glimpses of what he's done in the past, and if this trend continues, it could be a long day in the Lone Star State. One key injury of note is S Brian Dawkins is out for the game. Philly still stuffs it to them in this NFC East matchup
