Connecticut looked like a tired team against DePaul!
They were not the crisp passing...suffocating defensive team that has dominated womens cbb this year.
This game is easily, easily the the BIGGEST and most competitive on either teams schedule.
CT was down by 17 with 15 min left at DePaul..
Down 17 does not happen to this team...even when looking forward.
Renee Montgomery was sucking wind and Maya Moore had a sub-standard game as well
CT players have been without Brittany Hunter (knee) as well as Kalana Greene and senior point guard who went down with ACL injuries... So CT starters are different and been playing a lot of minutes as a result of those injuries.
Lost to Rutgers last time and looking at last game makes me think they are vulnerable here as well.
+14.5 looks good to me.
