I rarely play Women's ball, but did cap the LSU ML vs Tex Saturday night.

Tonight LSU plays UGA for a shot at the 4.

UGA won 80 74 earlier this season in a game which was tied @73 with 45 seconds remaining.

Since then, UGA has lost theair center(dismissed from team). Tigers, led by S Augustus, are playing great ball and are playing for their aged Coach, S Gunter, who is out on medical leave. Squads are headed in opposite directions, LSU wins this by 8-10.

LSU -1 x6

you know more than I do on this but its pretty hard to say 2 teams in the elite 8 are "headed in opposite directions"; and didnt Georgia's pelt swappers get to SEC title game before this, while LSU got spanked a round earlier by Vandy?

I've followed women's hoops all year long & no offense but to say Georgia is headed in the opposite direction is ridiculous. I love the over here personally.

Anyone like Minny over Duke tonight? The Gophers are on a roll and their coach said they've been studying Duke hard the last week or so. Wondering if Gophers can contain Duke's Big Three? I sort of like the 8 points. Can someone talk me out of it?
