Frances has hit the NE hard with rain and wind-the total in tonights game is dropping if it hits 43 or lower I am on the over......

worm,..I,m here not far from the game,..it rained for 20 minutes at about 2:30 pm,..then the sun came out,..its very humid and muggy now(in the low 70's),..but no hurricane here,..just a little windy
