Worm-Anytime a person uses the words "its easy" it usually means Trouble with a capital "T".Sports handicappiing is like looking into a funhouse mirror, trying to see what is really there and what is just a distortion. If these two plays were of NORMAL size, which should be around 2% of a persons bankroll,(instead of whatever HUGE is) it would be no great loss to lose any two games.I submit that time spent worrying over the size of the bet is time spent NOT handicapping the aspects of the game that will help a person win.Its time wasted dreaming about how much you're going to win.I also submit that a handicapper doesn't know which of his or her plays are "strongest" before the games begin, that these feelings are false as often as they are right. This is the flaw of weighted betting. The big bets are the ones that count the most. One loss can cancel out 10 or 15 wins, which raises the % one has to hit to make money by 10 or 15 wins. Its difficult enough as it is.If one REALLY knew which ones were good and which ones weren't,one could weed out ALL the losers before hand and bet your life savings on all the remaining winners.Thats not reality.

Excellent points edludes...Though you do have to give the other handicappers here alittle more credit. I think the "true" handicappers would see what this thread is worth. I would, however, make a serious warning to all newbies coat tailing someone. Just be disciplined with your bankroll, make good judgement with your money, and try to keep your clip above 53-58% and you'll be doing fine. It comes down to it, we're all adults and should have decent money management skills when it comes to wagering of any sort. Best of luck everyone...
