part of the group that is interrogating Khalid Shaikh Mohammed? This guy is really spilling the beans now. I hope he's feeling just a small portion of the pain he has inflicted on others, especially those in the Twin Towers. Nothing would be too mean now, would it? I'm glad we have Miranda to protect Americans, but I'm also sure glad it doesn't apply to scum like this.

Thats the whole beauty of the military tribunal. He is probably being held on a ship somewhere, where he has no rights. No right to an attorney, no given right to any counsel. He can be tried, convicted and sentenced within a month if we want. Even executed. Beautiful.
