Wrong Team Favored :SIB

UNI @ Iowa
UNI is flat out the better team and they provide huge match up problems for Iowa with their 2 big men. Iowa has looked horrible over the past couple of weeks and they are 1-7 ATS to this point (sure they beat the patsies they brought in for the tournament this weekend, however, neither game was impressive), meanwhile the Panthers haven't missed a beat after losing their coach to the fighting tornadoes of ISU (In fact they whipped him pretty good last week). I think UNI wins going away, but I will take the +3.

Northern Iowa +3 5x

Thanks for writing this one up, Joebell, so I didn't have to...:mj07:

I bet the Panthers on the ML @ +130. This one is actually being shown here in the Quads tonight. Should be fun watching Boy Blunder and his deer-in-the-headlights look he gets when his team is getting drilled on their own court..
Will be the first time I've seen the big kid from Bellevue Marquette, Jordan Eglseder, play.
7-1, 255 lbs. Wonder who gets to guard him? :D

Your welcome redsfann:142smilie

Good luck to you Iahawk06 I just think this team is lost right now (now that I think about it lost probably isn't correct either since one has to know where one once was to be lost:com: )
Perhaps they will prove me wrong tonight, they need to get the ship righted fast and a W tonight would be a huge step, I just don't see it

If Iowa hadn't won a gazzilion in a row @ CHA would the line be different?? I think so...

I have got to stop pretending I know anything about college basketball....

28-18 Iowa at half and it should be worse. UNI shooting a lights-out 22.7% in the 1st half--they have 5 total baskets and 8 free throws.

Where has this Iowa team been this season, or is it just that UNI is laying a huge egg?

And that big Freshman, Eglseder? I can see why he is at UNI and not at a larger school...lol

1-0 +5x

Thanks for the reverse mojo Redsfann :lol2

What a game...Alford did a heck of a coaching job in the 2nd half to help us out...really had his guys ready for the stretch :)
I wonder what the ISU spread will be? I think I like that one already too :com:

Now thats the Iowa team led by the Boy Blunder that we all know and love....:D

Up 11 with 4+ minutes left in the game, and UNI goes on a 13-0 run that helps the Panthers to their 1st ever win in Iowa City, 57-55.

Yeah, Alford sure is something special, ain't he? LMAO!
1 million plus a year, a one year extension on the contract by the new A.D. all so we can watch a bunch of D-2 talent try and compete in the Big-10. When Monson up at Minny quit last week, we were all wondering if Alford was gonna get the hint...:mj07:
I was hoping that by posting at the half UNI could at least get back in the game, but until that run late in the game I thought it was a lost cause.
Think we will be laying points on Friday with the Cyclones, but unless its a crazy sized number, you know who I'll be on....
